AI Small Group Discussion Questions: The One Kind to Leave Out
Why is it always the same person who speaks first when our cell group shares? If you have started using AI to write small group discussion questions, you need to hold on to that question a little longer. Section A-3, on small groups, is a short section with only one prompt in it. But it is clear what that one prompt prevents.

Point 1. Why Only One of the Ten Is Included
All ten prompts in the small group area have records of being run. But Small Group-04 was the only one I ran again with one line of its constraints removed, to see what that line prevents (p.111). Write down what happened in sequence, with no interpretation and no subheadings (p.112). The book actually says it is better to write it yourself, because filling in this slot means reading the passage once (p.113).
Point 3. A Question with a Right Answer Went to the Top
I took out just one constraint, "Do not write questions that have a right answer," and ran the prompt again. Then this question went to the top of the list: "Where were Jesus and the disciples trying to cross over to?" (p.113). It isn't a wrong question. It is simply a question with only one answer.
